Surface Preparation and Results

While we follow industry best practices, the final appearance may vary due to existing concrete condition, repairs, moisture content, or environmental factors. Color variation, texture differences, and minor imperfections are normal and not considered defects.
Payments
Payment terms will be clearly stated before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is due upon completion of the project. Failure to make payment may result in additional fees or collection efforts.
Scheduling and Delays
Project scheduling is dependent on weather, humidity, temperature, and site readiness. Delays may occur due to conditions outside our control. We will communicate scheduling changes as promptly as possible.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify us as soon as possible. Late cancellations may result in charges for materials, labor, or reserved time.
Warranties
We provide a workmanship warranty as outlined in your written agreement. Manufacturer warranties on coating materials are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, moisture intrusion, impact damage, chemical exposure, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.
Limitations of Liability
Vitality Coatings MN is not responsible for preexisting concrete issues, structural defects, moisture vapor transmission, or future damage caused by environmental conditions, neglect, or third party actions.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
